Well, usually this is what's identified with the police. Rules, safety, security, etc..And more usually, it's not like that, practically. Below photo is live from Bucharest.

And you see some cars stucked in traffic and trying to find their way on the tram line which is illegal, in most of the lines including this line. And our lovely Bucharest police cars are following the crowd on the tram line as well. That was funny until I saw this news today. Because it explains the total situation.

Recently, around 6.000 police officers protested the president of Romania because of salary cuts by 25%. And as a lovely answer, Romanian government gave up police protection for their illegal attitude. You can read the whole story here. And you can watch the protests here. This is something sad and 'rich getting richer, poor getting poorer' Romania is not inspring confidence on its society.

It's not a posh western european criticise, just this distrust in the society in where I currently live (as well as in my home country) disturbs me, that's it.
